Can't decide between a Labradoodle or a Goldendoodle?
Benny is now waiting and available for his new home as of June 4nd.
He will be 12 weeks on Friday June 6th, and has been reduced as it is time for him to be in his forever home with a family.
He is one of the smaller built pups in the litter, he should be between 45- 50lbs as an adult.
He will end up the color of his mom, a beautiful light Apricot.
He is also very special in that he was born with black spots down one cheek, this is not genetic, just a fluke of nature. It is called Mosaic affect, or Chimeron.

He loves to lay on his back and get belly rubs, comes to his name,and we are working on sit currently.
Dad, Gus, is an Apricot Australian Labradoodle, Mom, Ruby, is a light Apricot Doubledoodle (out of an F1b Labradoodle and an F1b Goldendoodle).
Their parents come from lines of healthy, long-lived dogs with wonderful temperaments. Their parents have been fully tested (Hips, elbows, eyes-CERF, and have been DNA'd for vWd, PRA & EIC) We have the certificates...just ask to see! Will give references upon request....our vet, other breeders & the many happy owners of pups from our previous litters.
All our pups go through the "Super Dog" program and go home with you vet checked, up-to-date on vaccines and wormings, pre-paid micro-chipped, and come with a packet of valuable info, a couple toys, comb & brush, collar & leash, a bag of their current food , a 2-yr genetic health warranty and our support.
He is currently are sleeping through the night, from 10pm to 6am.
These dogs are very people oriented and make excellent family pets.
Benny is handled daily by us, friends & our grandchild, and get to visit with other pets in the house, both dogs and a cat, so very well socialized!
What is a "Doubledoodle"?
Double Doodles, or "North American Retrievers" are one of the few dogs created specifically to be used as service dogs for the disabled. The North American Retriever, or Double Doodle, is a cross between a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle. Although the qualities of Labradoodles and Goldendoodles are similar, there are some differences between them in temperament. Labradoodles, retaining a personality quality common in Labradors, tend to have a somewhat higher drive. Goldendoodles, retaining a quality often found in Golden Retrievers, are often very gregarious. For years, service organizations have intentionally crossed Labrador Retrievers and Golden Retrievers in order to produce friendly, gregarious dogs that have enough drive for service work, so it is logical that Doodle Breeders would do the same. The same combination of traits that results in a tractable, friendly, trainable dog for service also results in a personality perfect for a family companion. Overall, the few breeders that are producing this hybrid have found that the desired types of temperament, coat quality, and conformation are present in the majority of first generation North American Retrievers.
